yahs \'yuz\ pronoun - Plural of "you," and similar to "youse," a usage which is actually more common to southern New Brunswick. In Carleton County, yahs is primarily employed when taking one's leave; "See yahs later," or simply, "see yahs." It is often used in a manner similar to the Southern U.S.'s "y'all," as in "Ain't yahs comin' t' th' Legion Fridee night?" Interestingly, while the plural is implied, "yahs" is often used in one-on-one conversation.
